Fixed Price ISO9001:2000 Upgrade

The new version of ISO 9001, which you will need to comply with at your next triennial assessment, is a drastic rearrangement of the old standard in order to fit it into a new 'process model'.

To help you cope with this change, we offer a fixed-price analysis and report which:

• looks at your current QA system, including its structure, audit history and publishing mechanisms

• analyses the changes needed to comply with ISO9001:2000

• sets out exactly which documents have to be written or rewritten, including estimated page counts

• recommends any worthwhile improvements to the way your documentation is published or managed

• delivers a written report including a timeline for the changes, who has to be involved and how long it will take them, and includes an estimate of our time involvement should you need our help with implementation

As the ISO9001:2000 upgrade is a standard and common requirement, we are able to offer this service for a simple fixed price of AUD$7000 per site (plus GST, airfares and accommodation if necessary).

QA System Review and Report

If you do not currently have QA certification, we will carry out a detailed review of the organisation's current operating practices compared with those specified in the ISO 9000 series of standards. This review is not a 'compliance audit' but an overall assessment of how comprehensive and effective the organisation's quality management policies and procedures are.

We also assess the best way for the organisation to implement its QA system, or if one is already in place, how to improve it. The client receives a detailed written report which contains recommendations for action geared to its management structure, relationships to other companies, degree of computerisation, plans for changes to operating methods, unusual products or customer relationships, and so on.

QA Overload

Keeping a Quality Assurance system up to date is a never-ending task. It’s particularly difficult when you have other jobs to do at the same time. Or when you don’t have the time or the resources to keep everything up to date. Sometimes changes in your organisation mean that there is a sudden increase in the amount of QA-related work to be done: procedures and work instructions need updating, on top of the day to day running of the system.

QA Overload provides expert help where and when it is needed. Experienced QA people available at your site at short notice to work under your instructions, updating documents, running audits, or whatever needs to be done.
