HCi endorsed for Mentor

HCi is pleased to announce that we are the first documentation consultancy to achieve 'endorsed consultant' status for Panviva's Mentor online documentation product.

Mentor is a high-end online documentation tool specifically designed to provide performance support and online learning in large organisations. It runs on multiple platforms, and provides a function-rich environment in which to author, manage and deliver user documentation, procedures and training materials.

Managing Director of HCi Phil Cohen said, "We have been looking for a product like Mentor for some time. It has actually been designed with documentation in mind, and contains all of the functionality that we need to support the work that we do for our clients."

While HCi does not intend to sell or support Mentor, the 'endorsed consultant' status is recognition by Panviva that HCi has the skills and experience to be able to plan and author content using the product.

Panviva's General Manager John Harriot said that, "HCi has been in the documentation industry for more than twenty years, and we are delighted to be able to work with them to get the benefits of Mentor to their clients."
