30th June 2002, all Registered Training Organisations have to be fully
compliant with the Australian Quality Training Framework. RTOs will face
on-site compliance audits from their accreditation body when they are due for
re-accreditation, or when they apply for a scope increase, or simply when the
accreditation body wants to audit them.
Many smaller RTOs are
having difficulty coping with the administrative burden of implementing AQTF.
A lot of the requirements of the AQTF (internal audit, document control,
corrective and preventive action, formal risk assessment) are new to
them. The HCi AQTF implementation guide contains:
- a full set of
procedures for a small RTO (2 to 10 staff)
- a detailed AQTF
implementation plan which sets out exactly the steps you need to take
to customise and implement the procedures
We have been
implementing systems and procedures in large and small organisations for 20
years, and we have used all of that experience to develop a set of starting
procedures that is only 70 pages long, and that is actually designed
for small organisations. You don't need 100-odd procedures.
The procedures cover:
- Document control
- Qualifications and
duty statements
- Business plan
- Marketing
- Insurance
- Hiring, induction
and annual review
- Recognition
- Enrolment
- Access and equity
- Refunds
- Complaints
- Customer surveys
- Records management
... all of the
essential areas to get you 90% of the way to AQTF compliance. And
they're in Word 97 format, so you can customise them to suit your needs.
You already have the skills
to come up with your own set of procedures. But do you have the time?
The cost of the whole
package is just $1295 (includes GST). Contrast this with the
weeks it would take you to develop the material, and you'll see it's well
worth the money. See below for ordering details.
