Telecomms Client organisations: Hutchison Telecoms, SingTel Optus, Telstra Job 14367: A major mobile communications carrier were introducing new 3G technology to their mobile phone network users and required user-facing documentation to introduce the concepts and support the setting up and use of the new system. HCi researched and wrote a suite of documents covering set-up and use of the system for deployment via the carrier's website. This documentation will assist greatly in the acceptance of this technology and build confidence in its use.
