We work closely with ITIL implementation experts like Pink Elephant.  Pink consultants will assess your current ITIL compliance, work with you to develop an ITIL implementation roadmap, and provide training and mentoring to help you on the journey.

At that point, you might decide to hire one or more ITIL procedure writers, to help you document ITIL-based procedures which fit into your organisation.  There are off the shelf sets of procedures too, but the cost of modifying them to suit your organisation can often be higher than the cost of writing new ones.   

How much will it cost?

Wage and hourly rates for ITIL procedure writers vary according to experience and capability.  Typical rates for our ITIL procedure writers are between $55 and $105 per hour.  

Expert writers with skills in BS15000/AS8108/ISO20000 tend to be more expensive.
