This involves:
- an assessment
of your current organisation, including your existing policies and
procedures
- a gap analysis
against the AQTF standard, to identify which areas need to be changed
- a work programme
including a detailed schedule, for implementing these changes
We will begin the
planning exercise by interviewing key staff, and collecting copies of all
relevant policies and procedures. We will also look into your publishing
infrastructure (eg intranet), and at relevant records (eg complaints register).
Having collected and
analysed all of this information, we will develop our detailed plan as outlined
above, and document it in detail. We will deliver our plan to you and, if
required, present a summary of it to senior management.
